Refund Policy |
If a product was purchased and the customer is no longer wanting the product for whatever reason we will accept the product back and refund the customer's credit card. THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. We accept returns under these circumstances ONLY, no exception. |
Product Condition |
• The product should not have been installed. |
• The product should not have signs of usage. |
• The product should not have any cosmetic damage. |
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping |
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted form the total amount refunded to the credit card. The customer will also have to pay for shipping of the product back to the warehouse. A RA# will be given to the customer so that the product can be tagged as a return. There is usually about a 2 week turn around for refunds once we have received the product back. |
